The Student Scholarship Fund
An extension of CEU’s global financial aid program, the Student Scholarship Fund is designated for student scholarships, awarded to candidates in financial need who demonstrate outstanding commitment to community service and potential to become active CEU students and outstanding alumni leaders. Alumni contributions alumni to this fund help ensure the sustainability of this unique scholarship program.
The Alumni Scholarship program, part of the Alumni Campaign's Student Scholarship Fund, gives direct expression to the philanthropic spirit instilled in CEU students and alumni, many of whom have benefited from the University's competitive financial aid program.
Since 2001, alumni support has provided scholarships to 88 students in need from around the world.
Supporting the Student Scholarship Fund
By donating to this fund, you will enable CEU to offer additional financial support (covering living costs and possibly providing research funds) to students who otherwise would not have been able to afford to live and study in Budapest.
CEU Alumni Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of both academic and personal merit. They must demonstrate leadership potential and experience in extra-curricular activities, community service and civic engagement. We believe that by supporting socially engaged students, we are making a lasting investment in the future of the CEU alumni network.
