PhD Career Services

Although the career services are available for the whole CEU students and alumni community, we started to address the special needs of the PhD students, in particular. Thanks to the doctoral students contribution we received so far, service needs were identified, related to the specificity of the academic job market or the challenges of transferring the credentials to the non-academic environment.

The aim of the PhD Career Services is to provide high quality, accessible, and professional careers guidance, information, and vacancy service to PhD students. In cooperation with other CEU units (Center for Academic Writing, Curriculum Resource Center , ACRO - Academic Cooperation and Research Support Office, etc.) our team is dedicated to help students to plan for a successful doctoral experience and a smooth transition into a future role in academia, government, industry, corporations, or agencies.
