The Alumni Relations & Career Services (ARCS) team's mission is to engage all CEU alumni and students in a mutually beneficial, lifelong connection to each other and the university. We strive to empower students and alumni with the skills necessary to succeed in their professional lives, while fully utilizing the power of the CEU alumni network.

The Integrated Alumni Relations and Career Services (ARCS) unit serves as the principal office coordinating all the alumni and career support programs for CEU students and graduates.

Judit is a very enthusiastic member of our team who is passionate about inspiring and encouraging people to work on great causes. Initially she joined our team as a volunteer while working as a reporter for a local television station. Her commitment and creativity eventually led her to join our department full time as the Alumni Campaigns and Networks Coordinator. “I feel privileged to be part of such a brilliant and thriving team that works so hard for the benefit of students and alumni worldwide,” she said. “This position enables me to work with fantastic scholarship recipients on campus and to reach more than 10,000 alumni worldwide to join us in making CEU prosper even more.”

I joined the ARCS team in March 2009 after spending 2 years at the Marketing Department of Business School and I consider myself very fortunate to be part of such a supportive and collaborative team. I am the person behind the messages sent to you, and the person who is open to help you with lots of meaningful services, information, or just with a smile.
I enjoy the challenging opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of the CEU community by engaging alumni in a lifelong relationship with the university. Serge Sych is Director of Alumni and Corporate Relations at Central European University. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of alumni, career, corporate and fundraising programs. Serge has more than 14 years of experience in higher education advancement, and extensive international experience as a speaker, trainer and consultant. He is Chair of the INTAL (International Alumni Relations) group of the EAIE (European Association for International Education).
